    We try to describe all articles as exactly as possible. If nevertheless something should not please or fit, you have the right within 14 days without indication of reasons their purchase to revoke and the commodity back.

    Print returns label
    Click on the DHL logo and then follow the instructions on the screen. You will now receive the return label, which you can print out or show by QR code at a branch, a parcel shop, at your delivery agent or at a DHL Packstation. The return shipment is free of charge for customers from Germany.

    Place articles to be returned and order form in the package
    Pack your parcel with the items to be returned and enclose the order form.

    Attach return label to the package
    Carefully remove any previous shipping labels and then affix the returns label to the package.
  • Versenden4
    Hand the parcel over to the appropriate shipping service manager.

Important
  • The goods must be unused and in the condition in which they were delivered
  • Articles, especially the leather soles, are in a clean condition (on a clean underground z. B. Try on carpet)
  • Please make sure that the goods are carefully packed for return so that damage during return transport can be largely excluded. ( The shoebox itself is not sufficient packaging)
  • Unfortunately the exchange into another size is not possible. If you would like to receive a different size, you are welcome to reorder the item, as our returns are automatically refunded
  • The processing time after arrival in our warehouse can take up to 14 working days
  • Please include the order form with every return
  • Please do not return unfree parcels
  • Due to high loss reports lately, we recommend not to leave the returns in a packing station!
Refunds
Refunds are always made in the same way as the payment in the shop.For example, if you paid by credit card, the amount will be refunded to your credit card accordingly.
